Who we are
Ashworth Building Co. was founded in 2009 by brothers Tom and Jack Ashworth on a simple principle: build every home as if it were our own. Three generations of trade craft, one dedicated team, and a reputation across Leeds and Harrogate built entirely on referrals.

As a rough guide, single-storey extensions in our area typically start from around £2,000–£2,800 per m², depending on spec and groundworks. We give you a firm, itemised quote after a free site visit so there are no surprises.
Yes. We work with trusted architects and can manage the full planning application, structural calculations and building control sign-off on your behalf — or work alongside your own designer.
In most cases, yes. We phase the work, use dust screens and keep disruption to a minimum. For larger renovations we'll talk you through the options at the quote stage.
Absolutely. We carry £5m public liability insurance, are FMB registered, and every project is covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
